Baby #3!

Ben and I have been around the world and back when it comes to how many kids we should have.  When we were dating/first married, I wanted 1, 2, or 4.  Ben wanted 3.  Then, we had two in one year, and we both agreed that 2 was the perfect number for us (because there was no way in heck we were doing that again!)  Ben stayed in that mentality!  But, after having a BABY for two consecutive years, it was really sad when they were both not babies anymore!  So, I eventually convinced Ben that three would be a good number-- "Remember, YOU wanted three!"-- or he just loves me enough to give me one more baby, but either way, we were super excited to find out we were expecting.  We did something we'd never done before, and kept it a secret for eleven weeks!  I couldn't quite make it to the 12 week milestone!  :)  We actually didn't tell the kids until the night before our gender-reveal ultrasound.  I wrapped baby items and when they opened them told them that we would have a baby to wear those things soon.  They both immediately wanted to see and kiss my tummy.  Sydney was quick to join Team Pink-- this was definitely a baby sister and Eli was all for a baby brother.

The next morning, we went to Baby Dimensions in Newnan with my the kiddos, my parents, Ben's parents, and my grandparents (a tradition we started when we were pregnant with Eli)!  Just like with Eli, the second the lady started the ultrasound, it was obvious it was a baby boy!  He is due February 5th, which is sandwiched right in the middle of Sydney and Elis' birthdays!  :)
